Description
Beauvale is made by the renowned Stilton makers, Cropwell Bishop Creamery. It has the full flavour of a Stilton, but is soft and squidgy, like a Gorgonzola! This one is Ed’s favourite blue cheese, and recently won a 3* Great Taste Award! Pasteurised, Cows-Milk cheese.
