Description
Matured for at least 18 months, Beemster Classic is an aged Gouda-style cows milk cheese. It has a a wonderfully complex taste, nutty and caramel, with a crunchy salty texture. Beemster Classic has won a Super Gold medal at the 2014 World Cheese Awards.
Please note all our cheeses are hand cut, therefore the weights listed are approximate, and you will be charged for the exact weight of cheese you receive.
