This hot sauce is handcrafted in Parma, from Italian ingredients including Calabrian chilis, roasted red peppers, balsamic vinegar, sea salt and Porcini mushrooms. A few drops on your favorite foods such as pizza, pasta, eggs or salads will add a delicious rich and rounded spicy flavour. Not overwhelmingly hot, but rich, rounded and spicy to give a delicious kick to your food.
Ingredients: Roasted Red Peppers, Water, Aceto Balsamico di Moderna (Wine Vinegar,Concentrated grape must), Apple Vinegar, Clabrian Chili Peppers, Concentrated Lemon Juice, Sugar, Natural Flavours, Spices, Dried Porcini Mushrooms, Thickening Agent – Xanthan Gum.
