Distiller Ben’s favourite gin! Our barrel finished gin, Campfire Cask Aged, has dominant gin notes of juniper, citrus and coriander seed which are infused with a hint of caramel, fruity bourbon and vanilla. This is achieved through ageing in specially selected American oak ex-bourbon barrels. The wood also imparts a golden hue to this small batch gin. This is an oak aged gin but it’s not oaky or woody. 43% ABV
