Made locally in Ware, Copper in the Clouds Marmalade Gin starts with a home-made marmalade cooked in the distillery, using a quartered blend of fresh Spanish oranges and pink grapefruits to achieve bittersweet deliciousness and a rich orange colour. It’s sweet and zesty with a slightly bitter finish, exactly how marmalade should be.
