Description
We start by fire-roasting our red peppers, just as the Mexico City street vendors do, to bring out a complex yet mellow depth of flavour. Then we blend our fire-roasted red peppers with fresh tomato, onion and garlic for a salsa with the authentic taste of Mexico.
